Additionally, he played a pivotal role in a three-year project focused on acquiring 400,000 acres in the Texas Panhandle and several other resource-rich regions, including Oklahoma, Mississippi, Alabama and upstate New York. Furthermore, he adeptly handled and supervised a spectrum of challenges, including claims, regulatory matters and litigation arising from each of these resource plays.

Mr. McCarn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business, with a particular emphasis on management. His collegiate journey was distinguished by a continuous pursuit of academic excellence, as evidenced by the numerous honors he received. During his time at the university, he actively engaged in various community initiatives, underscoring his profound commitment to societal involvement.
